📦 Shipping Info

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.

  • Shipping Carrier: We ship via USPS, UPS, or the most cost-effective carrier for your location.

  • Shipping Area: Currently, we ship within the United States only.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Hen Comfort™ products! If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

  • Returns: We accept unused, unopened items returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • To Start a Return: Email us at info@hencomfort.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


❗ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on used or opened nest pads.


💸 Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to appear on your original payment method.


📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@hencomfort.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
