We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hen Comfort™ products. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • To start a return, please email info@hencomfort.com with your order number and reason for return.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used nest pads.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

📬 Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hencomfort.com. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
