What is excelsior?
Our excelsior is an all-natural aspen wood fiber product manufactured in the USA from Great Lakes Aspen.
Our aspen is only sourced from forest product companies that hold memberships in Sustainable Forestry programs.
Aspen is a self-propagating tree and renews itself from its own root system which makes it a good environmental choice.
Excelsior fibers are 100% biodegradable.
Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes! We offer Free Shipping on orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states.
- We do not ship outside the United States.
When will my order ship?
- Orders typically ship within 24 hours after you order is placed.
- Orders placed before 2:00pm CST Monday thru Friday ship same day.
- Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 5 business days depending on your proximity to our warehouse in Texas.
- We DO NOT ship on Saturday or Sunday
Do you ship outside the United States?
- Currently we do not ship outside of the United States but working on it.
What is your refund policy?
Refund Policy
Products purchased online from Hen Comfort may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
